Moscow: Russia does not plan to leave the World Trade Organization (WTO) in retaliation to new Western sanctions.
Foreign Minister (Sergey Lavrov) said that, sanctions would force Russia to protect its citizens, social area, businesses and economy.
Lavrov said that, In the case of new sanctions over the Ukraine crisis, “we will first of all start from our own interests – protect our economy, protect our social sphere, protect our businesses and at the same time draw conclusions from the actions of our partners”.
Remember that, European Union says, new sanctions will be proposed within a week against Russia over its actions in Ukraine.
