Musharraf’s remains at the Armed Forces institute of Cardiology in Rawalpindi, where he was taken last Thursday after suffering what was described as a “heart problem” while on his way to court.
A Pakistani court trying Gen. Pervez Musharraf on charged of high treason Tuesday said it would examine a medical report on his condition to decide whether the ex-president can be excused from hearing while he remain in hospital.
Musharraf returned to Pakistan with a hope that he may contribution in the election but his misfortune that he was plugged into some legal cases.
The main legal case is that he imposes the emergency on the state and detains a number of judges including the country chief justice.
According to his lawyer Ahmad Qasuri, “He had received a copy of the medical report which suggested Musharraf was suffering from blockage of his arteries and a vertebra problem,”.
The report said Musharraf suffered from, “Triple Vessel Coronary Artery Disease”. Musharraf missed two earlier hearing in his case due to the “Heart Problem”.
