A man blocked for speed in central Ohio was exciting with illegally making or possessing an explosive device after almost 50 bombs and four guns were found in his car.


Andrew Scott Boguslawski, 43, was arrested not on time New Year’s Day on Interstate 70 west of Columbus. Police found two pistols, two rifles, 48 explosive devices and others tools and equipment to build additional explosives, according to The London Madison Press as well within was a remote detonating device, helper Madison County Prosecutor Nick Adkins said.


Police are soothing to determine why the man had the arsenal. He faces a court inquiry Friday in Madison County.


According to the state police who stopped up him for going 85 mph in a 70-mph zone, Boguslawski said he had no guns. but, the officer return with a ticket and saw the grip of a gun among the man’s knees.


“At that spot, he drew his service weapon, held the man there and called for help,” said Adkins.

Boguslawski powers tells that be he has an legal representative, but none was planned on the court docket. There was no telephone listing for the street address listed for him on court report.
