According to medical, metabolic syndrome is a disorder of energy utilization and storage, diagnosed by a co-occurrence of 3 out of five of the following medical conditions; abdominal (central) obesity, elevated blood pressure, elevated fasting plasma glucose, high serum triglycerides, and low high-density cholesterol (HDL) levels.
Metabolic syndrome increases the risk of developing cardiovascular disease, particularly heart failure, and diabetes. Some studies have shown the prevalence in the USA to be an estimated 34% of the adult population and the prevalence increases with age.
According to AMI University of Sweden did research in year 1981 school student, and asked every student about their breakfast routine also recorded for future.
After 27 years in 2008 the retest their children who tested in 1981, so who did full of protein breakfast in their school they all were save by metabolic syndrome negative effects and who didn’t they saw bad result.
So keep every children diet full of protein in their young age for good old age or future life.
