The police has been closed the gang rape case against Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz MNA Mian Farooq including five others who were allegedly part of a girl, Naz— gang rape.
The victim girl said in her statement on Saturday, “Not interested in the prosecution of the accused.”
The SP for Madina Town, Mr. Nasir Sial told that victim Naz submitted an affidavit as the probe is ready to start, she doesn’t want to file gang rape case against Mian Muazzam Farooq, Mian Saad Farooq, Mian Qasim Farooq as well as five others.
The victim girl has declined to give her blood sample for a DNA test and also said.
The girl said she is unwilling to give a blood sample for a DNA test and stated in the sworn statement, not ready for DNA tests on accused, that is why the police have closed the case.
On the other hand, MNA Mian Muhammad Farooq has said, the girl fabricated a fake story and wants to blackmail. MNA stated about his sons On Saturday, “My sons are innocent and this has been proven as the complainant herself backtracked on her allegations.”
