Ankara: a policeman was jailed for 7 years and 9 month by a court in the Turkish capital on Wednesday, after being convicted of shooting dead a protester during 2013 anti-government protests.
The Court in Turkey found Ahmet Sahbaz (police man) guilty of killing Ethem Sarisuluk (26 years old) in Ankara (Capital of Turkey) in previous year at the start of the 3-weeks of clashes between protesters and police that convulsed the country.
Sarisuluk’s brother Mustafa said that there is nothing more to say. The justice system bolstered the murder. This proves it is legitimate to kill people on the street.
