Kiev: The Ukraine government and pro-Russian Separatists have agreed to truce, while the Western forces are trying to impose more sanctions on Russia.
The Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko declared the ceasefire deal in capital of Belarus, Minsk, also said the deal would impose at 1500 GMT, while Ukraine’s ex-President Leonid kcma and Russian Ambassador for Ukraine, Mikhail Zurabov also participated in this conference.
The Ukraine president stated like this, “Taking into account the call for ceasefire of President of Russia Vladimir Putin addressed to the heads of illegal armed groups of the Donbas and the signature of the protocol at the meeting of Trilateral contact group on the implementation of the Peace plan of the President of Ukraine, I order the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to cease fire starting from 18:00, September 5.”
The seven-point deal was done after the Russian president Vladimir Putin Consent, agreement contains, to stop the attacks between Ukraine military and pro-Russian rebels, implementation of international truce, unconditional exchange of prisoners and ensure the delivery of humanitarian aid are added in this deal.
