According to news reports; The 14-year-old accused of murdering his young math teacher at Danvers High School reportedly raped 24-year-old Colleen Ritzer before killing her, prosecutors said Thursday in outlining a first-degree murder accusation against Philip D.Chism.
Chism, a top junior university soccer player at the Massachusetts school, reportedly attacked Ritzer after she asked him to stay after school in October to prep for an upcoming test. Teen is accused of transfix Ritzer to death in a school bathroom before dumping her body in a patch of woods behind the school.
According to further details that we got by news media; the Ritzer, 24, of Andover, was killed after she had Chism stay after class on Oct. 22 to prepare for an upcoming exam.
BY the statement of District Attorney Jon Blodgett; his office would move to join all three accusations together in superior court. The rape and robbery charges were starting filed in juvenile court with Chism as a youthful criminal.
