The Prime Minister of Canada Stephen Harper announced scholarships for African and Canadian students.
According to news The Prime Minister of Canada Stephen Harper announced scholarships for students when he was in memorial service of Nelson Mandela in Africa later he addressed to media in Canadian High Commission, these scholarships will be for all Canadian and African students.
The Prime Minister of Canada Stephen Harper said that Nelson Mandela says that the education is base of democracy ,if the leaders will be educated so the democracy will be better so that is why he announced scholarships for all students. Scholarship from the Canadian Masters level students will also benefit.
