Freighter Ship Sinks in Russia’s Amur River

Tehran: local police said that freighter ship carrying 380 tons of goods sank in the Amur River (River in Asia), in the Khabarovsk region of Russia’s Far East.


After the ship sinks, rescue teams were reached at the immediately and rescue the all the ship’s team (8 crew). It’s not immediately clear why the ship sank.


According to news, the accident happened on Saturday morning, when the ship of 500 gross tonnages was on its way from Khabarovsk to the city of Nikolaevsk-on-Amur.
