Sanjay Dutt’s Parole has been finished today and now he have to go back in Yerwada jail this day.
Bollywood ‘Munna Bhai’ hero third month of continuous parole ends on Friday and he is going back to Yerawada jail in Pune today.
According to jail rules, there is no more chance to get any further addition as he had exhausted his two legally permissible 30-day extensions.
Sanjay pleaded for this parole increment when his loving wife suffered in tumor and she got serious condition then court did corporate with Sanju Baba and approved this plea.
Dutt charged for illegal weapons case in 1993 and recently he is serving the remaining 42 months of his sentence for illegal possession of arms in a case related to the 1993 serial blasts.
Sanjay has warned by court that there is no right he has to plea for further parole because the Indian law never allows for this.
