Darren Aronofsky’s ‘Noah’ has been banned in three Islamic countries because some scenes in this film show disrespect of religious.


According to these three Islamic countries there are many insulting scenes in this movie like Russell Crowe as the ark-building Biblical figure which is a not good thing and hence film banned for these countries.


Emma Watson, Jennifer Connelly, Logan Lerman, Russell Crowe, Anthony Hopkins, Douglas Booth and all other added in the cast of this film.

Under the Paramount banners this film made with cost $ 125 million and Paramount confessed that they got ‘Artistic License’ of this movie. When film released in U.S. A for test screening, so this never got good review from viewers.


Juma Al-Leem from UAE’s National Media Centre said, “There are scenes that contradict Islam and the Bible, so we decided not to show it”.

Darren Aronofsky, Mary Parent and Arnon Milchan produced Jennifer Connelly’s film ‘Noah’.

“The fact that some countries in the region prohibit it makes it the more fun to watch,” said Clack Cinema manager Quds Manasra.
