Gaza: Israeli deputy foreign minister Ze’ev Elkin has admitted that nearly 53 percent deaths of residents took place during continuing fight in Gaza, international news agencies reported on Saturday.


Israel’s deputy foreign minister accepted the country has proofs to confirm that 47 percent of Palestinian civilians killed in Gaza combat were fighters.


The deputy foreign minister tried to support his nation against international accusations of Palestinians death comparative number in 25-day-old battle continuing in Gaza strip.


The Human Rights Groups of Gaza has declared that over 1600 Palestinian civilians have died during the Israeli ground and air attacks while about 80 percent of them were residents including a large figure of children and women.


Israel accused that Hamas combatants invite the resident casualties by starting intense attacks on Israeli region.


Furthermore, Tzachi Hanegbi, who is an Israel Minister of Intelligence and Nuclear Affairs, has furthermore stated that 47% of the deaths are activists and the data can be presented to the investigators.
