Iraq: Kurdish forces have recaptured a key Mosul (city in Iraq) dam from ISIS militants after US-backed military operation and Kurdish ground operation and were launched on Sunday.
The United States is affianced in airstrikes around the dam and damaging 19 vehicles belonging to the militant group, which has detained huge portions of country in Syria and Iraq.
The dam was used for electricity and water supplies to northern Iraq and there had been fears the ISIS militants could use it to flood areas downstream.
Remember that, the dam was captured on August, 07 by group.
