Head of Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) said on Friday, It will take about 6 months to bring the Ebola epidemic in West Africa under control, and this will require greater leadership from the World Health Organization (WHO).
Joanne Liu (international president of MSF) said in Geneva after a 10-day trip to the area, “If we don’t stabilize Liberia (country), we will never stabilize the region”.
Joanne Liu (international president of MSF) said that, “Over the next 6 months we should get the upper hand on the epidemic, this is my gut feeling”.
