According to the police, one man was died and above the 24 citizens was taken to the hospital after rise above by carbon monoxide at a restaurant at New York mall.
Police said that, 28 unnatural people were transfer to the area hospital.
Police also said that, man who died by carbon monoxide is the restaurant manager.
The restaurant is located in a standing apart building that is part of the mall.
According to the police, 3 officers were among those overcome by carbon monoxide at the complex, which is about 35 miles east of New York City.
Police Lt. Jack Fitzpatrick said that, the preliminary call was concerning a woman who had fallen in the underground room of the Legal Sea Foods outlet.
According to Fitzpatrick, all of those affected by the fumes were restaurant employees, police or ambulance workers.
