Kiev: Parliament of Ukraine dismisses the President Viktor Yanukuc and passed the resolution for new election on May 25 but the President Viktor Yanukuc refused to resign.
According to the foreign news agency, Ukraine parliament passed a resolution during the meeting that the President Victor has failed to fulfill its responsibilities so that they fired and new election on May 25.
At the same time there was thousands of the anti-government protesters was outside the Parliament House and Presidential Palace and the security personnel were also absent at the same time and hundreds of the anti government protesters were inside the presidential palace because there was no security personnel.
