Ajay Devgn’s Hindi action movie ‘Singham Returns’ was released on The Independence Day, has assembled Rs.77.64 crore in first weekend and becomes the second highest opener, Salman Khan’s super hit Hindi action thriller ‘Kick’ was released on 25 July, 2014 became the biggest opener-earner.
Rohit Shetty directed this super action pack which grossed Rs.32.09 crore on Friday, Saturday Rs.21.05 crore and Rs.24.50 crore on Sunday carrying the total to Rs.77.64 cr nett. ‘Singham Returns’ is the one of the highest opener movie in his career.
The 45-year-old star comes out as a honest as a police inspector and it was the sequel of 2011 Singham that also done a record business on box office.
