Chinese officials have accused the chairman of a car parts factory in eastern China and local conductors for safety breaches after the most fatal industrial accident in a year, Chinese media reported on Monday.

The explosion took place at the Kunshan Zhongrong Metal Products Co factory in the city of Kunshan on Saturday, which killed nearly 75 people and wounded 185, Chinese news agencies reported.

The probe suggested the detonation was appeared by a blaze lit in a dust-filled room, the officials described further that dust can be extremely explosive when it is suspended in air in the right concentrations.
