A senior administration official explained in a statement that United States Department of Homeland Security is to transfer $405 million from other programs to undertake an immigration crisis on the country’s southwest border.


The stir appears after the Congress failed to take on an emergency spending bill before leaving for a five-week collapse.


Over 57,000 unaccompanied children from Central America have reached in the US this year, leaving DHS’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency cash-strapped.
