All foreigner women are not safe in India because the bad People can rape, there is no foreigner women safe in this Indian, recently a women raped by Indians who belong to Denmark.
Before that many rape cases happened in India that is why now all other countries has declared to their women that there is not good for them visit of India it is not safe place to them.
Recently state west Bangal in India a woman raped by a gang, people took her to hospital because she was in a serious condition but according to news she is out of danger but she is feeling fear and not.
The rape cases in India getting up day by day so all women must avoid visit of India. The government of France, British and Canada bewared their ladies who want to visit India, Canada has declared that if any lady want to India so must inform in embassy before visit in every city.
Canadian embassy called restricted area to Pahar Gang because that is not safe to women.
