Scotland: A resident of the Scotland killing his mother and dumping her body at a well-known beauty spot. This Scottish resident went on trial Wednesday.
According to the Herald Scotland report, “James Dunleavy 40-year-old, who also uses the Irish equivalent Seamus, denies the killing,”
According to the Prosecutors, “Philomena Dunleavy 66-year-old of Dublin was beaten to death in her son’s Edinburgh apartment in late April or early May and her body cut up with a hacksaw.
According to the Aaron McLean- Foreman (ski instructor), “He found a skull June 6 while bicycling on Corstorphine Hill,”
He said that he had stopped for a rest and enjoys a beautiful day and was looking for a place to sit when he spotted a skull.
He also said that, “Almost immediately the first thing I noticed were very white teeth,”
He also said that, “He had to settle himself before he could go to police,”
He photographed the site so he could lead investigation back to the skull.
