Xu Caihou, former deputy chairman of China’s Central Military Commission, has reportedly been threw out from the Communist Party of China.
His case was given to prosecutors, Xinhua reported, referring Monday’s statement of the CPC Central Committee.
Xu was charged of taking the benefit of his post to assist the promotion of confident people and accepted a bribe.
The official had been under investigation for discipline violations from March 15.
