The deaths toll from an Ebola outbreak in West Africa has risen to 603 since February, the World Health Organization said on Tuesday has reported last week that almost 68 deaths.
Sierra Leone put down on paper the highest figure of deaths, which contain verified, likely and suspect cases of Ebola, with 52. Liberia stated 13 and Guinea 3, the WHO figures announced for July 8-12.
WHO reported 85 new cases came out, pointing out continued high levels of transmission, particularly in Liberia and Sierra Leone, in spite of local and international attempts to stop the disease.
