Twelve sailors were on board the ship, when it started leaning in strong gales, after losing power, officials said. It was 88-meter-long ship, loaded with stone.

In another accident, a cargo ship sank off Weihai City around 2:30 am today, leaving 14 sailors missing. It was registered in north China’s Tianjin Municipality.
