PTI has filed an application before IGP Pakhtunkhwa requesting to nominate America and its intelligence agency, CIA in Hangu drone attack.
According to our sources the said application has been filed by the Secretary of Justice and Legal Affairs Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Barrister Suleman to IGP Nasir Durani. IGP instructed the local investigating officer to take further legal action according to application. In this application the condemned statement of foreign ministry on drone attacks, Judgment of Peshawar High Court and the news of Washington Post have been reported as evidence.

There is already an FIR registered against the 23 November drone attack at Tehsil Tal in Hangu District against unknown persons. The concerned SHO has said that all persons killed in Tal drone attack are from Afghanistan and came to Pakistan just one day before attack.
