The Hindi film industry’s newbie stars admiring his “Student Of The Year” and “Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania” glamorous, versatile co-star Alia Bhatt, the actor has revealed about her that the “Robert De Niro” of their generation in B-Town.
The 27-year-old actor said on Sunday, “I found her brilliant in ‘Highway’. A performance like (hers in) ‘Highway’ is very difficult in any age. I think she is someone you get to learn from. She is the Robert De Niro of our generation.”
The Karan Johar’s block buster hit movie “Student of the Year” was the film appearance of Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan on big screen.
Later, the seductive Alia signed for two big projects with respect of her versatility as ‘Highway’ and ‘2 States’.
David Dhawan’s son told outside Cinemax Theatre, where he went with Mahesh Bhatt daughter to witness the audience’s response to their latest release “Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania”.
Further said, “I think in our generation, if any actress has shown immense growth from her first film, then she is Alia Bhatt, definitely.”
