Marcus T. Gray (Flame) and a three other musicians have filed a case against in St. Louis, Missouri against the ‘Roar’ hitmaker, accusing her of ripping off their award-winning Christian gospel track ‘Joyful Noise’ for her hit song ‘Dark Horse.’


St. Louis Post-Dispatch tabloid reported; The rapper Flame claims in court documents that Katy parents are enormously religious, grabbed their music, tarnished it with black magic, witchcraft and paganism and destroyed their status in the Christian music world because of the imagery that comes into view in her music video.


The group, who released their track five years ago, are looking for unnamed damages and want the ‘Firework’ vocalist is in these days on her ‘Prismatic World Tour’ to be banned from utilizing any type of their music instantly.
