New York: An American news paper has claimed that the Islamic State Of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) had demanded United States to return back a neuroscientist lady Aafia Siddiqui in exchange for US journalist James Foley’s freedom.


The international news agencies reported that the American newspaper had published a report, it has claimed that Islamic State Of Iraq and Syria had done many demands to US journalist James Foley’s wife, in which they demanded U.S. $ 20 million- $ 13 million and other their organization member’s release as well as neuroscientist Aafia Siddiqui who is an expert to create a different kind of bomb devices.


On 12 August, The ISIS had sent a massage through the email to Foley’s family, they wrote that they provided many chances to other countries to release their citizens in exchange for cash or money as ransom, however, many have approved our proposals, same we have abducted some American citizens and offered to American approve our proposals for release them nut they didn’t, so now time is over.


An American journalist James Foley was abducted by ISIS group on 2010 November and 2 days ago they surfaced his beheading video on social media websites.
