Lahore: The Lahore High Court has rejected the all petitions for a case not to be filed against current President of Pakistan Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and Chief Minister of Punjab Shahbaz Sharif and ordered strictly to proceed against them.
High Court Justice Maqbool Bajwa did hearing the petitions which submitted from Pakistan Musilm League’s Federal Ministers as Pervaiz Khurshid, Khuwaja Asif, Khawaja Saad Rafique, Abid Sher Ali and all petitions submitted to stop the court order to filed the case against PM and CM as they are suspected in co-ordination of other 21 people in Model Town incident, however, the court refused to approve these applications and also order to maintain the verdict.
Pakistan Tehreek-e- Insaf party’s minister’s attorneys also appeared to arguments on these requests while J-I-T Chief , Advocate General Punjab had summoned during this.
However, the High Court ordered to proceed against CM and PM after hearing the both side’s arguments.
