Islamabad: Clash has made between police and protesters (Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and Pakistan Awami Tehreek), in the result of clashes at least 2 people were killed and more than 400 were wounded.


Police in Islamabad (Pakistan’s capital) are firing tear gas, more than 25,000 people have gathered in the city center and demanding Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s resignation. A group of protesters attempted to storm the Prime minister’s residence.


According to medical sources, 2 people were died and more than 400 were wounded in clashes between police and protesters outside Sharif’s home and the parliament building.


Wasim Khawaja (spokesman for the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences hospital in Islamabad) said that, about 184 people have been taken to the hospital, while the Poly Clinic hospital is treating 130 wounded protesters.


Khurram Ghuman, (spokesman at Islamabad’s Poly Clinic hospital said that, “There are twenty women among them and most have been affected by tear gas, but they all are in stable condition”.


Imran Khan (Chairman’s Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf) promised to file a case against Nawaz Sharif (Prime Minister of Pakistan) for attempted murder.


Remember that, Imran Khan (Chairman’s Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf) and Dr. Tahir ul Qadri (Chairman’s Pakistan Awami Tehreek) and thousands of protesters are demanding Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s resignation.
