Santo Domingo: tropical weather system that has already forsaken heavy rain on Puerto Rico (US Territory) and the Dominican Republic (Country) has been upgraded to a tropical storm.
According to the news, the storm has been downing power lines and trees near Puerto Rico (US Territory), leaving more than 5,600 without water and 17,000 people without power.
The emergency center said that, Flooding near rivers and in cities also damaged more than 800 homes and cut off 23 towns.
