Minsk: The talks between Russia, Ukraine to establish peace has been failed, while Ukraine had accused on Russia, their more troops have arrived in their regions.
To find out the solution of ongoing crisis between Russia and Ukraine, also establishment of peace, negotiations held in capital of Belarus, Minsk. In this talks, European Union Foreign Policy Chief Catherine Ashton, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Kazakhstani President Nursultan Nazarbayev and President of Belarus- Alexander Lukashenko were participated to solve the crisis issue between both countries.
The Poroshenko said in his early morning statement on Wednesday, Russian President had welcomed our establishment for peace and principally proposal but simultaneously Putin condemned on this talk that Ukraine by himself handle ceasefire agreement with pro-Russian rebels.
In the Minsk council, both countries presidents met in privacy for and secret discussions continued till late night.
The Ukraine had decided to work in making of new ‘Road Map’ project to resolve the crisis issue between Ukraine and Russia and peacefully end it.
