The Nigerian city of Lagos has 10 affirmed cases of Ebola, up from seven at the last count, the health minister said in statement on Monday.
Two people have died till now, as well as the Liberian who brought the virus in, international source reported, Onyebuchi Chukwu as saying.
In all the cases, the victims had primary make contact with Patrick Sawyer, who fell down on arrival at Lagos airport on July 25 and later died, the minister told.
