Lahore: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) activists kicked out all containers and other hurdles, while severe clashes appeared between Punjab police and PAT activists in Lahore city, also Faisalabad on Friday. The recent situation shows that it would be bad in next days.
According to Pakistani news reports, almost five police officials were wounded when PAT activists conflict began in Quaidabad area of Faisalabad on Friday evening. PAT activists allegedly burnt a police station during this conflict.
Till now, nearly 2000 people have been arrested by Punjab police and police trying to stop them with the shelling but we also got the reports which say that the police officials also done open gunfire on PAT activists.
The conflict in Lahore occurred as PAT activists attempted to kick out containers and other hurdles erected by police on roads leading to the secretariat of Minhajul Quran.
The government has searched for to suppress protests as shutting down bus stands across Punjab and imposing section 144 in Islamabad.
