Israeli mediators arrived in Cairo on Monday, international media reporters, referring sources at the airport and Foreign Ministry.
The negotiators are anticipated to meet with Egyptian negotiators who are holding negotiations on ending a month-old Gaza war between Israel and Palestinian militant group.
The both sides agreed to a new 72-hour truce to give the negotiations a chance to proceed, on Sunday. Previous truce ended on Friday without a agreement being reached.
