Polling In Turkey For Next President

Ankara: first time in the history of Turkey that, Turkish people are taking direct involvement in the presidential elections.

Voting began start at eight o’clock in the morning (local time) and will continue through at evening five o’clock and more then, 50,000,000 eligible voters will elect the new country’s president.

According to the foreign news agency, in the presidential election, 3 candidates are standing for presidential seat including Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan is the 25th and current Prime Minister of Turkey. He is Turkey’s prime minister since 2003, now he cannot hold the post of Prime Ministry more, according to the country’s constitution.

So he decided to take part in the country’s presidential election.

Majority of the Turkish people like Recep Tayyip Erdogan because he has great struggle in economic development of the county. It is possible Recep Tayyip Erdogan will be the country’s 13th president.
