Senior United States and Iranian officials will hold nuclear negotiations in Geneva on Thursday, the US State Department stated.
United States Deputy Secretary of State Bill Burns will lead the US deputation, international media reported.
They will also add Under Secretary of State Wendy Sherman and Jake Sullivan, the national security adviser to Vice President Joe Biden.
Six world powers and Iran failed to get together a July 20 time limit to talk deal to make Iran stop their nuclear activities in exchange for the easing of economic sanctions.
