The Jordanian air force attacked an unnamed drone in a barren desert area close the north-eastern border with Syria, international news agencies reported.
Jordanian government spokesman, Mohammad al-Momanim, mentioned that the “aerial target was shot after being intercepted” in Jordanian air space close to the northern border city of Mafraq.
