A federal judge in Denver, Colorado, announced the state’s disallow on gay wedding unconstitutional on Wednesday, but held up putting the ruling into result while he gives permission the state to think an appeal.


While both Colorado’s governor and attorney general accepted the ban should be announced unconstitutional, they appealed the hold so that the Supreme Court could finally find out the solution of this the issue.
