Iraq’s new parliament rescheduled its next session to July 13, the day after declaring a five-week holdup.
The parliament has postponed next meeting because they had not reached a deal on new government nominations – a verdict that has created the severe criticism. Parliamentary representative, Mahdi al-Hafidh.
Argued the holdup is a threat to the security of the country presently being torn apart by Sunni Islamist insurgency.
