The defense for South African Paralympic sprinter Oscar Pistorius has ended presenting case and the trial will ongoing on August 7, when the closing explanations will be submitted.
The 27-year-old runner is charged of deliberately killing his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp, on Valentine’s Day in 2013.
Pistorius denies the accusation and claims he shot Steenkamp because he mistook her for a burglar. If he found guilty, the double amputee sprinter could face life in prison.
