A super typhoon Neoguri which has already hit Japan, acoording to international reports, killed almost two people and so many people were wounded, is heading to Russia’s Far-Eastern island of Sakhalin.
The island borders on Japan’s northern island of Hokkaido. Sakhalin authorities told that Typhoon Neoguri will get heavy rains to the region. A high alert warning was announced on the Island.
